How a letter moves
Step 1
Open the ticket by writing ffsupport@feastfoundry.site. The subject line can stay short.
Step 2
The first line should name one mold: course order, place ring, pour note, store card, reader line, or figure ledger.
Step 3
Enclose only files you are ready to put in an email. Leave out passwords, payment cards, and identity documents.
Step 4
The answer returns on the thread you started. If the question sits outside this site, the reply says so and is not recast as a different service.
