Include
Your name, a reply email, whether the subject is a course order, a place ring, a pour note, or a card you already have, one clear question, and the facts you already know.
Table letters
Name the first course, and say which way the left of the seat faces. For a pour, write only the metal and mold names you already know. Leave the rest marked unknown.
Card letters
Attach the text or export you want read. Give the date on the file. Strip out personal details the reading does not require before the file is attached.
We refuse
Fake reviews, incentivized installs, fake traffic, account farming, account rental, evasion of platform rules, requests for passwords, and any use of a note as a banquet contract or a melt instruction.
