Each line is written work. The page does not quote a price, list a dish or a casting for sale, or treat a note as a food permit or a melt order.
On the table
Course order: the sequence you named, including a place in that sequence that stays blank. It does not set a menu and it does not set a price.
Place ring: where the plate ring, the fork, and the glass sit relative to the sitter’s left, and which of those places is empty. It does not choose a set of tableware to buy.
Pour note: the metal name and the mold name you already wrote. A temperature figure is copied only when you supplied the figure. It is not a quote and it is not a melt instruction.
Beside the card
Store card reading: a reading of a store card you already have, marking a line that is missing. It does not file the card for you, and it does not mean a review will pass.
Reader line: a short note on who a passage is written for. A reach figure is not part of the note.
Figure ledger: a reading of figure columns you already exported, naming which column matches which label. The ledger does not forecast revenue.
