What a ticket contains
What arrives is whatever you put in the letter: a name, an email address, a phone number if you add one, and the note itself. Do not enclose an identity number or a payment card.
Absent from the page
There is no signup. Nothing on the page submits a form to our server. Advertising cookies are absent, analytics cookies are absent, and neither kind of kit is placed in the markup.
Server lines
A hosting company can keep a plain server line: address on the network, browser, date, requested file. We do not assemble those lines into advertising audiences.
Why a ticket is kept
Incoming mail is for answering the ticket, confirming a fact on the company record, and retaining the exchange that answer needs.
How long a ticket stays
The mailbox keeps a ticket while it is still needed. From that same address you can ask us to erase the copy still on hand. Backup media and any copy a law tells us to retain are cleared once the reason lapses.
Passing a ticket on
We do not sell what you send. Hosting and email vendors handle the technical minimum for those jobs. If a law compels a disclosure, the compelled part is what we give.
Children
The foundry pages are not aimed at children under 13, and a child should not be asked to send personal details here.
